Since the death of his wife Carmen, I suspect these have not been great times for Yogi. Now he's selling his house, which I'm sure holds a lifetime of wonderful memories. Let's hope he's doing OK.
I would buy this house in a heartbeat and just sit in the living room, imagining the people who had come to visit...)
