It was nice hearing John call a game today. The Daily News reported this tidbit today as well: “John Sterling may see things clearer now. Word is he underwent successful cataract surgery in the offseason.”
They need to keep the master on until he drops dead, goes down with the ship, with his boots on, in the saddle, behind the wheel, you name it. If they ever drop him, the tsunami of hashtags, protests, sit-ins and tweetstorms will shake that organization to its Ortiz-embedded-in-the-concrete foundation.
