    It's hard so say which is worse: Albany or Binghamton.

    I'd go with Bing myself.

    Bing is worse because there is no economy left there.
    Albany has all the State money and bloated State employees grifting through.; although they take their money up to those wonderful communities heading towards Saratoga.
