Boone is absolutely clueless. He had ZERO experience before starting and hasn’t moved an inch towards growing into the job. He shuffles players around as if doing it on a whim; his chief characteristics are coddling his players to win their support, kissing ass, and bullshitting the self-serving sycophantic “media” who explain it all to us, the great unwashed.
While he fits the bill from the media manipulation and "feelings" for players which is apparently necessary these days, he seems to lack the certain flare and grit that truly leaders need.
He blinks and freezes when real leaders just lead.
