Scene I: A broadcast booth on a long, hot day. It is the 8th inning of a baseball game, and SUZYN, a career woman, is explaining to JOHN, her co-worker and senior partner, that not every great prospect turns out to be a star.
SUZYN: Sometimes things just don't work out.
JOHN: And 'sometimes' is 'a lot of times,' too.
