Five questions we would like to ask John Sterling

1. Can anyone really predict what's going to happen in the game of baseball?

2. Do you think it wise for a Yankee pitcher to walk the leadoff man?

3. Between the lines, where the game is actually played, does it matter how much money one team makes, as opposed to another?

4. What in your opinion is the most storied franchise in all of baseball?

5. Do you think it's possible that young Yankees bring something special to the clubhouse?

Lets consider John Sterling the MEL ALLEN of our time. Mr Allen, had a THOUSAND nicknames for the players ('ol reliable, The Chairman of The Board, the Commerce Comet, Superchief, Springfield rifle..et al) Mr Allen ROUTINELY performed surgery on his calls to keep pace with the game, and he flubbed his share, they all do! Im hearing a LOT of Sterling bashing, yet hear ZERO comments as to who should REPLACE him when and IF he leaves...hint..HE AINT LEAVIN ANYTIME SOON!!!! The Lovers love and the Haters cant wait to hear what he will say next. All you haters out there, admit it...YOU LOVE HIM!!!!!!

"Obviously, as they say, you just can't predict baseball. Obviously, and I know I'm beating a dead horse with this obvious cliche, the Jeterian swing gives me wood. Obviously I'm one sick mofo with major psychoses, but nobody realizes it, obviously. Well, I thank you for the opportunity to elucidate the nadir of my raison d'etre, obviously."

Sterlingsadouchebag said...

Somebody please tell Sterling how to pronounce "azure." Anybody notice how he looks like Clarabell with that ridiculous teased up bald hairdo?

Doesn't anybody from the Yankees listen to the games? Please save us from this insufferable idiot. Just have a psychiatrist listen to a game and then certify him. The intentional mispronunciations and self-aggrandizing posts are too much to bear. Get us Jim Kaat, PLEASE!

Question for John:

Why is baseball different than every other game?

JL25and3 said...

"Obviously, and I know I'm beating a dead horse with this obvious cliche..."

Please. John Sterling never, ever, ever says "beating a dead horse." That would make sense. For reasons known only to him, he invariably says "beating a fallen horse," which makes no sense at all.
