How did we lose this game?

How? You don't lose after rallying from a four-run deficit, after fighting back to save a teammate on the verge of being run out of town, after showing up an opposion manager who once questioned your soul... you don't lose those games... at home.

How did we lose this game?

I listened into Swish's blast, then turned it off. I would have bet the house, the car, the dog, the gonad, that game was bagged. Ours.

You don't lose those games.

It's May. It's early. Miles to go before we sleep. But write this down: This is the first sign yet something is fundamentally wrong. You can't put a stat on it. You can't put a face on it. (We can throw Javy under the bus; but do we want another Kenny Rogers?) It's not the injury to Granderson. It's something else.

It's losing games you are supposed to win.

How did we lose this game?

Duque please stop Nervous Nellie and I will not make it to the All-Star break. Profit of Doom does agree with you though.

We're ALL on the team. Except for you, John Foley. Pack your bags, we're sending you down.
