A faithful blog reader, "Tree," alerted our It is High I-Team to secret, East German training techniques being employed at Yankee spring training. He sent this photo, taken from a mile or so away with a really, really bad-ass camera.

Sorry, Tree, but in our investigation, we discovered the Red Sox are using the same training method, as pictured here.
