Charlie (I Have A Tenuous Grip On Reality) Sheen has decided to follow 14 people on Twitter, and one of them is jolly old Nick Swisher. This can't be a good omen.

Charlie's also following Brian Wilson. Hmmmm ... maybe Charlie is actually "The Machine"?
