That's Sammy with Charles Strouse, who composed the score for the Broadway musical Golden Boy (also Bye Bye Birdie, Annie, Superman, etc.), in which Sammy starred in 1964. This is one song tailor-made for Sammy--no one could bring it off better--not Sinatra, not anyone.
I nominate this number as the official IIHIIFIIC theme song for the Yankee 2014 season: "Stick around, things are gonna happen . . . And of course in certain cases/ A dark horse may win some races."
