Keith wasn't bad. Stick to baseball, he's fine. Today's Yanks very definitely had a "Hey, they put CC on the DL to decrease his workload so we might have a somewhat effective staryer in the WC game...which means we'll be in the WC game, so fuck it" vibe.
Will somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put Luis Severino on the Dl, for cryin'out loud? Also, Aroldia Chapman?

I am pretty sure about this rule: Teams can only bring up players on that date who are already on the 40-man roster.
As of this moment -- Sheffield ain't.
Sorry, Joe. I didn't realize that. I was going by what Suzyn said the other day about Sheffield--which was that he would come up when the roster expanded.
