Dear Editor:
We know that announcer Jamie Campbell is a homer and head cheerleader for the Toronto Blue Jays. His monotone and his statistical approach match the boredom of the entire Jays broadcast. But even he is better than the yacking announcers on the Yes Network.
When New York Yankee Joba Chamberlain performed his orca flop on Monday to catch a pop-up, the two Yes men just about jumped out of the booth. The portly pitcher didn't even have to dive for the muffed bunt, but when he came up pumping his fist it was like he had just thrown a no-hitter.
I could just imagine Roy Halladay celebrating in this Alex Ovechkin-like manner. Wait till the Yanks have a little slide again, we will see if the Yes men can contain themselves.

Jesus, John is already making excuses for his potential mistakes two pitches into the game. Come on, act like a champion! Youre the best, act like it!
7:40 PM: "Pitch to Swisher is l..low..and it's called a strike, 0 and 1.
7:47 PM: "Pettite's pitch is low and outside..for a..and it's called a strike"
Keep em coming. I'm going to collect them and try to compile an entire at bat.
