A sure-fire cure for what ails the Yankees

Jeter's struggling; Andy's sore,
Jorge can't throw out runners no more;
The situation is surely grave
When even Mo goes and blows a save.

A.J.'s toast; and Javy is, too
Phil's pitched too much; he might be through.
After CC, who can get wins?
Oh, wait; we're playing the Minnesota Twins!

Berkman's a waste; Kearns just whiffs
We're playing like we're a bunch of stiffs;
Hundreds of runners are left on base,
We have no hope in the Series chase.

But fear not Yank fans, and don't despair,
For good news is in the autumn air!
Nothing can cure our baseball sins
Like a series with the Minnesota Twins
