The Daily News already is featuring a story about how Montero is the key trading chip for the Yankee's next re-tread pitcher.
Pitching wasn't the problem yesterday. Hitting was the problem.
Clutch hitting. We didn't have any in 3 of the 5 games against Detroit.
With this Yankee team, we should never lose when we only give up 3 runs. But we did. And we looked lame doing it.
I would package A-Rod , Brackman, Swisher, Freddy Garcia, Bobby Ayala and $100 million for Juan Batista.
But if they trade Montero, I am not going to watch any more Yankee games.
Not that Cashman gives a shit.
