I just got back from a week-day in Vegas, and spent all of it in a sports bar/casino/hamburger joint.
I was shocked to learn you can conjure a bet on anything there. Including; whether the hamburger will come with the raw onion you ordered, or whether you'll have to ask the waiter for it again when the food arrives.
I made more money doing that than betting on our major off-season acquisition.
Time for someone to tell me that Granderson is a streak hitter.
I'd like to put him and Javy on " The Silver Streak," and trade for draft picks from the Southern Mexico Dirt Field Leagues.
