I hope the Redsocks throw at our heads tomorrow.
I hope our team gets an extremely itchy infestation of lice.
I hope somebody puts a flaming bag of poo on every single Yankee front door, and they all come out and stomp on it, ruining their best shoes.
Where are the fans who put the tacks on Ed Whitson's driveway? Dammit, they were the greatest Yankee fans in history. We need those people.
I hate this team. Put them on a boat. Drive it out to the middle of the ocean. Sink it.
I have never expressed such feelings as a Yankee fan.
I. Hate. This. Team.

I am so sick of this Yankee team losing to the Redsocks. No. Let me rephrase that. I am so sick of this Yankee team. Can we start trading people? Do you think a team would give us something for Jeter, if they get to celebrate his 3,000th hit? I don't care. I hate this team. Hate. This. Team. And we better not go trading young prospects for a pennant run. We are going nowhere. We should trade the old guys. I HATE THIS TEAM! And I've been listening to John Sterling, and he doesn't like it either. I'll tell you that. HE DOESN'T LIKE IT EITHER.

I purposely didn't watch tonight, got the final score update, and was glad I didn't watch tonight.
I know it's just hideously bad luck, but I have gone to 9 home games [including last night and tonight v Boston], and they are 1 & 8 in those 9 games. They've been pissing in my face for 2 and half months now, and I, too, am sick of this pathetic team.
I think Joba pinpointed the problem right there. Why does he keep going to games knowing full well the effect his presence has on the outcome? And that one win...did he leave early before the Yankees broke a tie to win? Or was it the only comeback of the season, perhaps?
To do something over and over and expect a different outcome is one definition of insanity. Which is his only defense.
By the way, Joba, didn't I see you there at 7 of those losses? Thought you looked familiar....
Duque, you sound like a Red Sox fan in the first week of April.
By the way. Did you know Miguel Cairo hit a grand slam on Tuesday?
Miguel Cairo:
Great Yankee?
... or GREATEST Yankee?
