A couple of nuggets from last weekend's action against the Giants.
Friday:
Michael Kay: ...and then, in 2009, the Yankees moved in to the new Yankee Stadium, and won the World Series that year.
Paul O'Neill: So, 2009 was the first year the Giants won the World Series in San Francisco.
Sunday:
Michael Kay: Escarra seems to be struggling with his ear piece. I know that Yogi had that problem, and Bill Dickey.
Paul O'Neill: Yogi? Really?

During Covid Paulie's basement studio was hermetically sealed to reduce sound. Unfortunately, it also reduced the availability of fresh air and result of his oxygen deprivation is still being felt till this day.

Gettin' close to retirement age maybe. A little gray up there on the old noggin'. The old folks home should get ready for thrown helmets and bats.
