It is with a Heaney Heart that I announce right here, in this very blog that ~

Brian Cashman will no longer be looking to bring back Andrew Heaney to the shore/sure up Aaron Boone's 2026 starting rotation because the former Yankees hurler has officially announced his retirement from baseball.

When reached for a comment, Sonny Gray yelled out,
" LET GO YANKEES – 2 0 2 6 !"

Yes, I am still on social media, mainly because there are a few people I would otherwise lose touch with forever. In fact, I'm happy to share my info if you're really interested, but that's not why I'm posting here. I'm posting here because a memory just came up on Facebook from the year of our Hal 2015. My one, rather austere question, tossed out to the gods that day, was precisely as follows:

"why do we need a "super bullpen" when we have little league hitting?"

Very true. And old Heaney! I'm sure Cashman is cursing right now: 'Dammit, there goes my rotation for 2026!'

That is one of several important questions that many of us will find ourselves asking as we scamper into 2026.

Another question will likely be:
“ if aliens actually do exist, why can’t I be abducted right now, RIGHT NOW! and be probed in space in one of them UFOS !?! “

Meanwhile, the Jints come up big...at precisely the wrong time.
