YES! A thin, green tendril of hope begins to rise out of the permafrost!

CC is back, reportedly—and at a very reasonable, 1 year, $10 million.

This is not only great in its own right, it makes it just barely possible that we might retain Clint Frazier after all!! And if you'll notice, reports on that have suddenly stalled.

Don't see how the Yanks carry six starters AND their usual, seven relievers. I think at the very least our offer to Pittsburgh should be reduced to Luis Cessa and Cito Culver. I'd say we're still getting robbed, but hey, I'd maybe take a flier on Cole for that...

Horace hits the nail on the head. However I have to disagree on trading Cito Culver. He should be a lifetime Yankee farmhand. Something about that guy still kicking around the system makes me laugh.

We need Mr. Freeze to hit Cashman with his freeze ray. Keep him on ice until April, then let him thaw without making any more shakin'-the-bush trades.

If only Adam West was still alive, he might broker that deal for us.
