Only 72 more hours of Stubby telling the media that he's making an effort to get Santana, but not too much of one, and that the Yanks are interested, but not too interested, and that they've made a great offer, but they're not going to give up their future, and that they love their young prospects, but that no one's untouchable, and that the offer on the table is a good one, but they're not going to wait all winter, and that the ball's in the Twins' court, and that blah blah blah blah blah blah .......

Damn. I was really hoping the New England Redsocks would offer Jacoby Ellsbury to Minnesota. That guy scares me. He really raked last year at Pawtucket.
