My Buddy: Another Veteran Pitcher Added

The Yanks called up the veteran  Buddy Carlyle from Scranton to take over Noesi's spot. He appears shocked. His speciality is really pitching jokes. What's next, acquiring Mel Cooley? I thought these guys had dead arms like Phil Hughes?
