He's threw a hissy, and the Jays made him a free man.
If we sign him, he could spell Giambi at DH on the days when Matsui, Posada, Ensberg, Damon and Shelley Duncan (when back from Scranton) need a rest.
We'd no longer worry about the weak 5th DH slot in the rotation.
