Ironically, San Diego is one of the more conservative places I have ever lived. Bill O should feel right at home here. Yet when the fanatics were outside the stadium, handing out their flyers of hate, warning people of the gomorrah that awaited them inside Petco Park, no one seemed to give a shit and the game was close to a sell out. Despite old Bill claiming once again to be the common sense voice of regular people, most regular people just didn't care. It's one of the few times I have felt proud to live here!
