Lose 3 of 4 at home to Kansas City.
Lose opener at home to Boston.
Tick Tock.
Focus on horse races, hockey or basketball. Start thinking about the Olympics.
Maybe even get a job.
But get out.
Leave.
It will be worse for you if you don't pay heed.
If you don't pay attention.
If you don't believe.

This is powerful Reverse Negative Juju. I hope you know what you're doing.
I know what I'm doing. And I know how to do it.
But, as stated previously, I am sort of in unchartered waters when attempting to aid a team that is, in truth, dead and/or dying.
I'm not sure anything can help in this environment.
Let me repeat; I'm not sure anything can help in this environment.
Pre-1996, I only experimented with the practice. I blew it, for example, when that catcher for Cleveland hit that HR off MO in the 1995 playoffs.
Through the 1970's and most of the 1980's I was just a novice. I kept no records. I couldn't know for sure what was working and what wasn't.
My theory of Neg ju-ju today is that it works best when a team is in hot contention. Use it for a key moment in a key game, where victory spells the road to a championship.
But would it help the Brewers or Cubs? Should I watch Nationals games and see if it works there?
I am sensing a desperate situation here. I actually sensed it pre-season, as some of my earlier rants so documented.
So I am blowing four sheets to the wind.
Pray for rain.
