1940 was even after Son of Frankenstein - so getting dressed up as the Monster for that charity even was sort of like Karloff's Frankenstein IV - The Quest for Peace....(and it sure looks like Mr Pratt was wearing eyeglasses in the upper photo). Great find - StAnG

Karloff was so good in Targets, Bogdonowitz's first movie. Interesting story. Worth watching.
