The coach of a Tampa Bay-area high school baseball team has been temporarily sidelined while authorities investigate the ritual killing and burial of a snake on the school’s field in an effort to end the team’s losing streak.Examiner.com
Palm Harbor University baseball coach Jeremy Albrecht told his team that they were “snake bitten” following a 9-9 season. I'm glad the coach didn't think his team was baby bitten or little old lady bitten.
The only thing wrong with this is that they had to go buy a snake,,,in Florida no less.
The joint is over-run with snakes.
If they go catch themselves a rattler or
python ( caution advised, in both cases ), and ritual bury it in their field, their losing streak will end.
Either that, or there will be an opening on the team.
I just wanted to say thanks for reminding me about the Don't Tread on Me flag. I wasted an hour of my life last night creating a desktop wallpaper, since Nike didn't make any useful ones during their ad campaign for USA Soccer.
