Phil Hughes, the author

Along with the blog, and pitching, look what the youngster has accomplished.

(By the way, Ed Ferrett is a RHP for Tampa Bay.)

(Let's hope he can put his knowledge toward a stronger Yankee clubhouse.)

And it's good to know Phil is spiritually grounded.

The Devil made him do it.

You are jynxing our boy.

Quick; go get some silver bullets and heavy cream. Find
"Werewolf" ( Moors of Scotland are a good place to look).

At midnight, sprinkle heavy cream around your feet in a full circle.

Load gun.

Stay inside the circle until "Werewolf" appears.

Shoot him with silver bullet.

If aim is true, Werewolf will transform into Madonna wearing Victoria Secret's finest.

End of story.

The Yankees haven't had a real author on the staff sincethey let Matt DeSalvo go. Don't give us pretenders when there are REAL poets like Miguel Batista on the mound for REAL contenders like Seattle. I'm re-reading "Revenge of the Blood" right now for inspiration and would recommend it to anyone who likes "Oh Holy Cow."
