NEW YORK _ The plucky, hilarious website IT IS HIGH -- which has tried many cigarette brands, but has only found one that offers true taste and fine tobacco -- was accused today of running advertisements that masquerade as news stories, according to published reports.
The charge came in the aftermath of reports that the LA Times -- a sister blog of IT IS HIGH -- ran a front page advertisement that resembles a new story.
"This is insane," reported Alphonso, the IIH chief executive officer for flavor. "We do not -- let me repeat that -- do NOT run ads that look like content in our website."
At that point, Alphonso took a moment to step back and savor the crisp, fresh taste of a Lucky Strike cigarettte, before adding, "Don't quote me, but I can tell you: Where there is smoke, there's always hot women."

Luckies are smooth and flavorful. Mellow, yet full-bodied. They should be the Yankees' Official Cigarette.
It's my fault. I screwed up again, just like the LoHud Debacle.
My resignation will be on your desk in the morning, Dieter.
I wish you guys would wake up to the fact that I switched from Luckies to acapulco goldies some time ago....after SUPERFRANKENSTEIN brough some back from his latest vacation in Cabo.
