Tomorrow afternoon is Guaranteed Win Day for IT IS HIGH

The IT IS HIGH brood will be in attendance, and we hereby guarantee a Yankee victory.

If the Yankees fail to win, all membership fees for IT IS HIGH will be waived for the remainder of the 2019 season.

(Thank you, Masahiro, and welcome to newest Yankee, Mickey Mantiply.)

Warm wishes for a big Yankees win tomorrow. Have a great time, everyone, wish I could be there!

Likewise, JM! I do believe I would enjoy meeting and drinking with the members of this group more than watching another blowout of the Triple A Orioles.

I'm REALLY looking forward to this, see you all tomorrow!

You guys will be missed. Win, lose, or blimp crashes into the Stadium spewing death and horror...this will be GREAT!

We will miss all the guys who can't be there.

For everyone else, a final email blast was just sent. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received it.

Looking forward to it!

A "guarantee" can be a form of JuJu, I suppose. Just ask Joe Willie, who was half responsible for robbing me of 40 years of my life by turning me into a Jets fan at a tender age. I have since come around, but his coolness, white shoes and the guarantee really sucked me in when responsible adults should have been warning me to stay away.

MASSIVE REGRETS....

FOR MONDAY IS A TOUGH GETAWAY DAY FOR ME...

MY HEART AND SOUL IS WITH ALL OF YOU TOMORROW...

WISH I COULD HAVE SEEN THE FACES BEHIND THE WORDS....

BRING HOME THE WINS TOMORROW....

IT'S YOUR DUTY.

I shall do my duty and will be a drunken sloppy mess.

Ask Mark Messier about guarantees...he's an expert too.

Bummer, ALL-CAPS! Would've loved to have met you. Next year!

Please take lots of pictures - I’d like to put a face to the words I masturbate to daily

My best to everyone. I'm sure it will be amazing. Much better than me sitting by myself in Oakland the following week.

Hello? Mr Duque or LBJ? Are either of those 2 extras still floating around? I'm a long time lurker, and am in CT, but could make the trip down. This is the last Yankee blog standing that I even think about reading. Look...I was even a commenter whose blatherings were taken as post fodder back in the day! (good gob, its been almost 10 years.)

Let me know...I guess via these message boards? Bah, I'm so lame to be asking.

Hey Opus One. We've been diligently trying to weed out trolls so it's good that you included those links. I need to check with 13bit concerning availability. Until then, please reply here confirming your interest. ALSO, AND THIS IS KEY, please send an email to what you might guess my email address to be on gmail. I'm on the train now so this will allow us to communicate directly.

Yes, you ALL will be missed! I sense this is the start of an annual tradition, so next year indeed!

What if my membership is already paid up through the year?

I'm on the automatic renewal plan. Foolish, I know, what with how they jack up the rates every year.

LBJ,

I was interested...in sleeping in. Sincere thanks for the response, but damn...it was too last minute to haul myself in from northern CT.

I'm sure everybody is more drunk now, so enjoy the day and all the accommodations NYPD makes for this crew.

HoraceClarke66 said...

Sure, the win was great, but I'm more than a little bummed about missing out on the free membership dues. Man, they are a killer, but Duque assures me that everyone else is paying $2,000 a month, so who am I to complain?

Same to you, Scotland! Maybe someday. And hey, sorry we got the wrong game for Ford's home run!
