Is his brother a minor? A miner ?
Is he, just maybe, a "little person" who has been mistaken for a miner or doing minors because he is a miner?
What gender was/is the moaner, er minor?
Where, exactly, was the miner/minor/moaner done?
If it was in a Red State, does it really count? Does it really matter?
Isn't "family lovin" with miners and minors acceptable and normal in certain counties of Arkansas, for example?
The Courts uphold marriages between 58 year old miners and 8 year old minors in Saudia Arabia.
Why should that be different in certain counties of Red States?
I know enough not to root for the dirty little Red sock, but is his brother also dirty?
