I've never signed a boob, but I bet it would make you feel pretty good about yourself the next day, if not for several days. Giambi might want to invest in a couple Sharpies and see if he can keep it going a little while longer. In fact, I think he had a good day at the plate the day after this photo was taken...
He went 0-for-2 and drew a walk.
