CANCEL THE SEASON.

I KNOW IT WOULD GIVE US SOMETHING TO WATCH, BUT....

HOW SERIOUS AND "ALL OUT" ARE THE PLAYERS GOING TO PLAY?

ESPECIALLY IF THEY AGREE TO PARTIAL PAY?

NO FANS.

WE CAN'T GO TO THE GAME.

NO RIVER AVE. BAR HOPPING BEFORE OR AFTER THE GAME.

END IT.

I wouldn't mind seeing them play a half-season, ALL-CAPS. They might actually be able to get through it without everybody getting hurt—and thanks to Bright Boy in the GM slot, they won't be so poised to win it again for a long, long time.

They were well set-up for this year—until the injuries started again. Then we were going to play most of the first half without Judge, Hicks, Paxton, and German, and who knew what we'd get from Tanaka or Stanton? Sanchez without a back-up? Oy.

After this year, I'm not sure if it IS a good idea to re-sign Tanaka, much as I love him, or Paxton—or even LeMahieu, who will turn 33 in 2021. (Stanton opting out would leave me dancing in the street, but he's not that stupid.)

A half-year last hurrah for the Dynasty What Never Was? I'd take that in a heartbeat. Put it down as part-payment for the Series we missed out on in 1994, or the mangled season in 1981.
