Alongside Yogi, Bobby's gotta be the most lovable living Yankee legend. But you know me; I'd put Sheffield in there, too. So consider the source. Anyway, fingers way crossed.

One of my most prized possessions is a Bobby Murcer-model bat I got at Yankee Stadium bat day as a kid.

I was there when he hit the pinch-hit grand slam on opening day, 1981.

I was there at Bobby Murcer Day in 1983.



Get well, Bobby. We're praying for you.
