Id kinda like to see the Red Sox lose yet advance anyway just so they could lose again to us.

I cant stomach to watch this series but will be pulling for a long series and a Sox victory and a Yanks/Sox showdown in the LCS because Id rather face them over the earth An-gelllss..

It's the Iran-Iraq war. Let them murder each other.

A pox upon their chickens!

Fuck it, we owe payback to both of them. The only thing I'm rooting for is another liner off of Lester's knee, acute swine flu for Kendrick, and a DL inducing hang nail on Youk.

I think I'd rather payback Boston as the constant Nick Adenhart tributes will induce too much vomiting.

To hear the Sox home announcer, Don Orsillo (complete with moronic monotone) trying to behave like some 'neutral' broadcaster on TBS, sticks in my throat.....

I kinda go with Jimmy's cellmate's position.

Let's hope for long games, late games, travel mess-ups, rain and squall delays and , above all, injuries and illnesses to descend on both teams.

In the end, I can't ever wish for the Red Socks ( small market team ) to win anything.

Derbylad,

Orsillo is worse than Sean McDonough. And that is veeerryy hard to accomplish.

Balanced and fair Alph,

I agree except I want the small mahkit team to reach the next round. I have tickets to game three of the ALCS. I have never seen the Yankees lose at the roach motel in the fens. Starting with the game on Oct. 2 in 1978. It will be nice to continue that experience.

We have to beat the Sox in the ALCS. The road to Number 27 must go through Boston!
