A few months ago, I started watching The Larry Sanders Show, one of the most brilliant send-ups of American TV culture in history. If you missed Gary Shandling's fake show, or you just slept through the 1990s, it's worth checking.
Last night, I wiped tears watching Jay Leno. But if you want to see what a late night show finale should be, this is it. On Larry's "goodbye show," the star guest is Jim Carrey, and I guarantee you, his performance - even if you hate Jim Carrey - is worth $1.99.
