Want Some Help?

I have a few more weeks to inflict some ills on those who suck.

Get me Cashman and get me Girardi.

Duque is right on...play the friggin" kids.   All the time.

Forget about egos and contracts.

Tex gets one more game ...the last of the season at the stadium.  For his farewell.
Gardy gets no more.
McCann gets no more.
Hicks gets sent down.
Jacoby gets no more.
Headley gets no more.

Do it right or I will bury you.

Take to Nathan if you doubt me.

The dugout has steps and Hal's suite has slippery floors.

I will get you if you don't do the right thing.

I LOVE THAT BLACK SWAN....THAT'S WHEN THINGS GET DONE WHEN I SEE IT!...... ITS UNBELIEVABLE WHEN YOU WATCH A GAME NOW.... WHEN THE KIDS COME TO THE PLATE, THERE'S HOPE, EXCITEMENT, AND EVEN RESULTS....WHEN THE "VETERANS" COME TO THE PLATE, IT'S A DEAD DOG...NOTHING...NO RUNNERS ADVANCE, NO HITS, NOTHING.....ELLSBURY, GARDNER, MCCANN, HEADLEY, TEX, AND HICKS......THEY'RE ALL A HORROR SHOW....EL DUQUE IS RIGHT, LET 'EM ALL GET SPLINTERS ON THE BENCH.....GET GAMEL UP HERE.

Last time I looked, Gardy had the highest WAR on the team at 2.5 or so. They should really be trying to unload Ellsbury, not Gardner, even if they have to eat his toxically fat contract. Gardy has a .350 OBP and plays great defense--I think it's important to hold that in reserve for now. Ellsbury is an all-around mediocrity who is just clogging up a roster spot, like McCann. Hicks would not be on any other MLB roster. Castro is really just dead weight--not much better then Refsnyder, preventing the latter from developing as a player. Cashman is an idiot.

anonymous, THERE IS ZERO CHANCE OF ELLSBURY BEING "UNLOADED"....HE MAKES A FORTUNE, AND HE STINKS.... NOBODY WILL TAKE HIM...NO CHANCE WE EAT THAT SALARY, EITHER.... WE HAVE A SHOT AT GETTING SOMEWHAT OF A RETURN FOR GARDY FOR SOME OF THE REASONS YOU STATED, BUT IT NEEDS TO BE NOW BECAUSE HE IS GETTING OLD, FAST.

ALL CAPS--there is zero chance of anything sensible emanating from Cashman's brain--and I'm assuming he has one. Therefore, I suggest the best possible scenario, not the likeliest.
