One More Time - Nominate Yourself for the "IT IS HIGH Yankee Blogger of the Decade" Award

An earlier call for nominations resulted in confusion , solicitation, and just one actual nomination for the IT IS HIGH Yankee Blogger of the Decade Award.

You bloggers know who you are. You commenters know who you are. Nominate yourselves or others. Let's get to work so we can have an election and move on.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Photo is for illustrative purposes only. No endorsement of a particular candidate, either living or dead, for this award should be implied.

I nominate myself for inventing the curse of the EOTM award. And for my steadfast hate of Alphonso.

I vote for Alphonso because his posts move me to tears (and prolonged depression).

Wait a minute.

Even though I am no doubt deserving, there are others who actually are the brains and talent of this operation.

I call them the Duque contingent.

As a result, I shall not accept the nomination of this blogosphere to serve as your blogger of the year, for another year.

If elected, I shall not serve.

SUPERFRANK and Duque and Burn Baby Berne get my votes. Along with the team that set fire to the Lake last winter.

She-Fan would get my vote but she draws upon mystical resources for certain insights. Which, of course, is not fair.

SuperF, don't get greedy. You're the frontrunner for the upcoming "Blog Blingee Designer of the Decade" award coming up sometime next week.

I heartily nominate the one person who consistently pours his heart and soul into this blog -- Anonymous.
