"Speaking of which, arguments over the new president have even insinuated themselves into America’s favorite pastime, on the brilliant and generally hilarious New York Yankees blog, “IT IS HIGH! IT IS FAR! IT IS … caught.” There, in blog posts and comment sections, Yankees fans are turning on each other, rather than uniting to bewail the shortcomings of the George Steinbrenner boychiks and general manager Brian Cashman. “If Yankee-free Benghazi Night is all we can expect from a Donald Trump presidency, then I’m with her,” one post this summer concluded. Is nothing sacred? As much as the blog tries to put a smiley face on this—a more recent headline read, “Yankee Doomsday Clock edges closer to midnight, but let’s forget armageddon and ponder the lineup”—even the Evil Empire is rife with division."

We - (that is, you folks, too) - made Politico.

If you keep filling this blog with false news and alternative facts, you better make sure your papers are in order.

Shoot, I only made $14,500 my first month and I even made all my kids pitch in and help. What am I doing wrong?

Oh, the quandary you've put me in, Mustang: whither to put my hard-earned SS money: the tRUMP brand-name, or the Yankee brand-name....meantime, it's great news that Kevin Baker is a fan of El Duque's - - and, perhaps, by extension - - our very own Yankees....or, ARE they ours?? Or do they belong to Prince HAL-itosis?? I think we need to bring in Plato's ghost for an impartial judgment (we certainly aren't getting one from Buhner's wraith, any time soon).
So, Mustang - - didst invest in the disco?? or the Steak House?? or the pumping-stations?? or, perhaps, the wanking boxes?? Will we see yer' moniker behind home-plate?? On the jumbo-tron?? Sandwiched in between Cellino & Barnes, and the Hebrew Home?? Where?? Inquiring minds want to know. LB (No J)
