And fate, that velvet-covered fist
Put him on the dreaded list
That Cashman keeps on floppy disk.

Suddenly, Tyler was a pawn,
Who might be gone before the dawn
and Neil Walker, like a fawn
Pranced into town with pistols drawn.

And now at Yankee second base,
We have a new man in his place.
The joy has bled from Tyler’s face.
And Scranton is no happy place.

Tyler Wade is the name and I come on the Scranton train
Till Coops brought Walker in, tried to drive me back to PA again.
In the spring of 2018
