Well, they went and pissed me off again.
Doug Harvey and Whitey Herzog are going into the Hall of Fame. Apparently, they are building a new wing called the Non-Famous Hall of Fame.
Now, I've nothing against Doug Harvey and Whitey Herzog. Wanna put them on the wall? Fine. OK.
But the bar certainly does seem a bit lower for non-Yankees, doesn't it?
Shame on baseball for not putting Thurman Munson in the Hall. If he played for any other team, he'd be in there by now. The only reason Thurman Munson is not in the Hall is because of anti-Yankee bias among the people who make such decisions. Shame! SHAME!
Thurman Munson was a great player, a great father, the captain of one of the greatest comeback teams in history. Yeah, his career ended at age 32, and that's the excuse they'll give. Fine. OK. This time, we won't invoke the "How-many-years-was-Sandy-Koufax-great?" argument. We won't say anything, except this...
Doug Harvey and Whitey Herzog are going into the Hall.

I have nothing against them and I think they truly deserve to be in the HOF. Congratulations to both! By the way, Premio Foods is one great company who has free goodies and recipes to cool sports fans out there. Enjoy!
Premio Foods taste like dogshit.
I can understand why they're advertising on comment boards. They're trying to get over the salmonella scandal.
Or was it melamine? Or maybe both? Can't trust those Chinese food suppliers.
I'll take Frankie at his word and not conduct a taste test.
How exactly do you know what dog shit tastes like?
