A real Hal-and-Pal special. The game never should have been played. Even before his usual antics blew this one, Boone was saying shit like how he needed length from Fried to help the pen.
Idiot! Fried is your ace, a better starter than anyone else you have or are likely to have this year. You should be thinking about how to save HIM, not your bullpen! Cancel the game before it starts. It was cold, brutal, rainy weather. More fan torture, and a great opportunity for guys to get hurt.
