Jeremy Guthrie and Woody Guthrie: Not Separated At Birth

What's with this guy Jeremy Guthrie.
By these accounts a decent fellow:
.....Today it’s Jeremy Guthrie, the Orioles pitcher who’s emerging as a fan favorite and solid starter. Yeah, he did the Mormon mission and probably wears the magic underwear, but the guy practices what he (literally) preaches. Guthrie bikes to work. This is remarkable. And his reason for biking to work is actually environmental, as evidenced by the bumper sticker on his Camden Yards locker which says “One less car,” and his eminently quotable,
Jeremy Shane Guthrie (born April 8, 1979, in Roseburg, Oregon) is a Major League Baseball right-handed starting pitcher of half-Japanese descent. At Stanford, he studied sociology; he continues to pursue his degree in the off season. Guthrie served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Spain. He currently lives in Utah with his wife, Jenny and three children, including daughter, Avery, and older son, Hudson. The couple's second son was born on July 19, 2010. He also continues to be active in promoting the Scouting program among boys in the Baltimore Area Council.
Yet, of the 37 batters he's hit in his career, 10 have been Yankees.  Is the choir boy profile merely a cover for some hateful tea-bagger. What's with that patch on his sleeve? Mr. Wolf, or Hank and his boys,  may have to take care of this.
