Check the calendar folks. It's still MARCH. As in when teams used to still be in spring training.

He spent most of the season in the Minors, combining to post a 6.35 ERA across 29 relief appearances with Triple-A Nashville, the ACL Brewers and Triple-A Sugar Land”

My take is that’s it’s more low end depth for the Scranton Shuttle, he pitched better in ‘ 21 and ‘22.

A sweep to start the season. It feels like we're living in an alternative reality, doesn't it?

I expect Giorgio Tsoukalos, Erich Van Daniken, and Rod Serling to emerge together from the center field bleachers -- and explain the whole mirage.

Meanwhile .... across town, the Mets are off to a great start, led by former Yankee stalwart Luis Severino. His 5-inning gem Saturday -- 12 H, 6 ER -- actually makes Brain Cashman look smart.

Now, how come the Yankees have 2 guys on the roster named Birdie?
