Send him to the minors and forget about him, I say.

If I hear one more Yankee official talk about his 18 wins from 2010, I'm going to throw a rock into my T.V.
That being said, I think he'd do better in the bullpen than Phelps. I would put him in the bullpen, not in the minors. Plus he has no options so if he try to send him to the minors another team would pick him up.
Phelps looks a lot better than Hughes right now. I know it is early.
