Ah, I see this team has everyone properly excited about the games.

We need incentives for the players. I propose that until Austin Wells gets his average above .200, his first name should only be listed as “Dawn”

YES Network will be showing the MINY Cricket matches. They are the defending Major League Cricket champions…

Bonus points if you know what MI stands for…

From Katie sharp

“This is the first time in franchise history the Yankees have 3 hits or fewer in 4 straight games….their fewest hits in any 4 game span in franchise history.

“ Yankees now have 14 unearned runs allowed in their last 5 games.

Yeah, but I just got through watching a scintillating day of soccer (in the background, anyway). Even though 2 of the 3 games were decided by idiotic penalty kicks, they were way more exciting than any New York Yankees game this year.

Pity this tournament has to end before November.

GREAT graphic, AA!

So...10 straight, now, in which our boys have not scored more than 4 runs.
12 straight, in which they have not scored more than 5 runs.

And this, which someone sent me:

Yankees are the first team in American League history to hit under .100 and strike out at least 35 times over a four-game span
