Should We Sign the Million Dollar Arms, Rinku & Dinesh?

Million Dollar Arm is a hit reality show in India; imagine a three-way boink between American Idol, Bull Durham and Hoop Dreams.

A gazillion young Indian boys -- geeky, cow-adoring, future telemarketeers for Countrywide Loans Inc.-- competed to become the first MLB pitcher with a Buddha in his locker.

In the last two weeks, the two winners -- Rinku and Dinesh -- have been auditioning for MLB scouts in Arizona. (Not sure if that means eating prime rib and getting drunk with Billy Conner.)

Naturally, they're blogging. Last week, Dinesh filed this gem, reminiscent of Nabokov's depictions of 1950s America through Humbert's Lolita-lusty lens.

We went with JB sir to breakfast at a great American breakfast eatery called Dennys. Rinku ordered a breakfast aclled the Lumberjack. We now know that a Lumberjack is a person who works as a tree cutter in the forrest so they must eat a lot of food. this breakfast was
quite huge. It had eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, potatos, breads, and pancakes. I had French Toast and both meals were very fulfilling.

Note to Hank: Sign this guy. I don't care if his heater isn't fast enough to get ticketed on the New York State Thruway. He still beats Billy Crystal batting lead-off. Besides, didn't Buddha once say: "Catch flies, and let your opponents swat them."
