But a question:
What if, every time they don't hit a ball - that is, they strike out - the Exit Velo is entered-in as "0 mph?"
What would happen to their 90 mph averages?
Not trying to cause trouble here. I mean, Exit Velo is a fun stat, right? It shows the real sluggers, right? Everybody loves it, right?

Duque, That's what we've been advocating for! Strikeouts should be entered as a "0" exit velocity for that at bat. Otherwise, if Stanton whiffs 400 times, and hits 30 moonshots, he'll have a ridiculously high exit velo. When we know that he is actually a terrible, terrible hitter.
