I'm glad they celebrated Cabrera's run. And I'm glad he's getting to play again. I liked Chisholm, too—but putting him on third just to spare the feelings of the Headless Torres was absurd.

And those home runs...this is what I'm talking about. If the Yankees' GM is going to stay where he is for the rest of my life, brainlessly building one team after another incapable of making the World Series...I at least want to be entertained from time to time.

If Juan Soto is not re-signed, we should stay away in droves. If he signs with the Mets, Cashman should be burned in effigy. Every night in the bleachers.; August 15, 2024 at 2:30 AM
