It's still Hannukah!

Here's what I want (since I already got a nice iPod Touch, gelt and nearly everything else I desire).

Written by our pal She-Fan, a goddess of the Yankee blogiverse.

Pre-order your own copy here. It ships just in time for pitchers and catchers!

And She-Fan was recently in the New York Times online, as well (which means she probably won't be hanging around with us riff-raff anymore).

Check it out here.

Sadly, it's my understanding that in her memoirs, the 2007 and 2008Yankees do not win the World Series.

Maybe she'll have to go back to fiction.

OK. How much do I have to pay you for that, Whitey? And can I use the "goddess of the Yankee blogiverse" line on the cover? Oh, wait. The cover's printed. How about in an ad? Oh, wait. The publisher isn't spending any money on ads. Maybe I can just go around saying it to people?

Btw, I curse a lot in the book. My mother has disowned me.

Wow, when I wrote my comment, there were no comments. By the time I was able to hit the "View blog" button after posting, there were three.

Great minds may not think alike, but apparently we all think at the same time.

Aw She-Fan doesnt have any customer reviews yet. We can fix that.

I know a terrific, unemployed copywriter who could write an ad for you if you pry some bucks loose from your publisher.

Might be helpful if he had a copy to read first, though. Just for research...

He could also do a radio spot for you, I'm sure, if we ask nicely.

Just sayin'...

But don't depend pn your publisher to sell books for ya, bubbelah.

Read this.

By the way, it's only $16.47 at Amazon.com and it's eligible for FREE SUPER-SAVER SHIPPING if you spend more than $25.

Hmmmm ... so you'd have to buy something else in order to get the free shipping?

Maybe this?

Excellent idea B3!

Hey, why don't you three just get a hotel room.

And I thought the green monster was in Boston, duck-breath.

You just can't stand someone else getting a little love. Pathetic.

Surely Alphonso will regain consciousness shortly and you two can resume solving the world's problems.

If not, try talking to someone else in the shelter with you.

After seeing the attention this post has received Brian Cashman has signed Maya Angelou to write the memoirs of the 2009 Yankees.

She-Fan can look forward to discussing the many new flavors of sunflower seeds with Nick Swisher this year on the bench.

Who needs a book publicist when I have you guys? But if I do get on the Today show, promise not to laugh when I say to Matt Lauer, "Matt, Matt. You're so glib. You don't know anything about psychotherapy or Alfredo Aceves."

Hey, She-Fan, tell you what: Let us know before you go on "Today." We'll send you an IIH IIF IIc T-Shirt to wear.

And when you go on Oprah, you can wear it when you jump on the couch.

Many of us would like to "go" on Oprah.

I have a simple question for She-Fan: Are those your eyes?

Best of luck, she-fan!

You are without a doubt the goddess of the Yankee blogiverse, the queen of Bronx bomberdom, the duchess of all things pinstriped!

Can't wait to read your book!

Hey, let's set the record straight here, our own Mons Megs -- star of stage, screen and script -- is the queen of the Yankiverse. She's just not as prolific as She-Fan.

She-Fan, you can be our Lady Di, just Mons Meg, when she posts for us, is still tops.

Is Meg still alive? That's great news. Has this been independently confirmed? Any actually sightings?

Regardless, you must curb your sexist instincts, Dirk.

Meg — if she's really still with us — has nothing to worry about; she can be a princess, a queen or The Mother of All Yankees. Her position in the pinstripe firmament is secure.

She-Fan remains a goddess.

These things are NOT mutually exclusive just because they're chicks, you sexist pig.
