Day 1, they crush Mo; Day 2, they kill our entire bullpen; Day 3, they pummel us on national TV; what happens today? A no-hitter?

The worst Yankee humiliation since 2004.

Thousands of empty seats... for a Boston series.

Outclassed by a team with rising young stars at shortstop and centerfield.

The captain, hobbling, not hitting or fielding well, and likely reinjured.

A bullpen that would be mediocre at Scranton. (A week ago, it was mediocre at Scranton.)

A barren farm system.

The poster team for drug scandals.

A looming off-season budget crunch, which will limit our buying - but still leave us with huge contracts of dead wood.

Today... Lester.  (I don't believe he's ever pitched a no-hitter. Today?) (NOTE: Actually, he has, as noted in comments.)

YEAH, BABY.
WE GOT 'EM WHERE WE WANT 'EM!
